Contact center<\/h3><p>Centro de atenci\u00f3n que gestiona interacciones con clientes a trav\u00e9s de m\u00faltiples canales (voz, chat, email, redes sociales&#8230;). Evoluci\u00f3n del cl\u00e1sico call center, con un enfoque m\u00e1s integral y multicanal.<\/p><h3>2. Call center<\/h3><p>Centro de atenci\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica, especializado exclusivamente en llamadas entrantes o salientes. Aunque sigue vigente, muchos han migrado a modelos m\u00e1s amplios.<\/p><h3>3.
