En <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lanalden.com\/en\/\"><strong>LANALDEN<\/strong><\/a> entendemos que la igualdad de oportunidades es clave para construir entornos laborales m\u00e1s justos, sostenibles y humanos.<\/p><p>El Plan de Igualdad vigente es de junio 2024 y es fruto del di\u00e1logo y el consenso entre la empresa y la representaci\u00f3n de las personas trabajadoras. De esta forma se garantiza que las medidas adoptadas respondan a las necesidades reales del equipo, promoviendo la <strong>participaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, la <strong>corresponsabilidad<\/strong> y la <strong>transparencia<\/strong> en todas las etapas del proceso.<\/p><p>Desde la selecci\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n interna hasta la formaci\u00f3n, la conciliaci\u00f3n o la retribuci\u00f3n, cada acci\u00f3n cuenta.
