Por eso, <strong>entender y medir el Customer Effort Score (CES)<\/strong> se ha convertido en una herramienta fundamental para mejorar la relaci\u00f3n con nuestros clientes.<\/p><h2 id=\"que-es-ces\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el Customer Effort Score?<\/h2><p>El <strong>Customer Effort Score (CES)<\/strong> mide el <strong>nivel de esfuerzo que percibe un cliente al interactuar con una empresa<\/strong> para resolver un problema o completar una solicitud. A diferencia de otras m\u00e9tricas que se centran en la satisfacci\u00f3n o la fidelidad, el CES se centra en la <strong>facilidad de la experiencia<\/strong>, un factor clave para retener clientes y reducir fricciones en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lanalden.com\/en\/contact-center-call-center-bilbao-madrid\/\">Contact Center<\/a>.<\/p><p>La forma m\u00e1s habitual de medirlo es mediante una pregunta directa, por ejemplo: <em>\u201c\u00bfLe ha resultado f\u00e1cil resolver su solicitud con nosotros?\u201d<\/em> Los clientes responden en una escala de 1 a 5 o de 1 a 10, donde los valores m\u00e1s altos indican que el esfuerzo percibido ha sido menor.<\/p><h2 id=\"ces-vs-otras-metricas\">CES frente a otras m\u00e9tricas de experiencia del cliente<\/h2><p>Es importante diferenciar el CES de otras m\u00e9tricas:<\/p><ul><li><strong>NPS (Net Promoter Score):<\/strong> Mide la disposici\u00f3n del cliente a recomendar la empresa, pero no refleja si la interacci\u00f3n ha sido sencilla o complicada.<\/li><li><strong>CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score):<\/strong> Eval\u00faa la satisfacci\u00f3n puntual, pero no indica el esfuerzo requerido.<\/li><li><strong>CES:<\/strong> Mide de manera directa la <strong>facilidad de la experiencia<\/strong>, un indicador cr\u00edtico para evitar frustraci\u00f3n y abandono.<\/li><\/ul><h2 id=\"importancia-ces\">Por qu\u00e9 el CES es esencial en un Contact Center<\/h2><p>En un Contact Center, cada interacci\u00f3n tiene un impacto directo en la percepci\u00f3n del cliente.
